Patient Services

This is a retainer practice which means you pay $2,000.00 annually to receive the services below.

Insurance won’t pay this fee.  It can be worth seeing if your health services account  (HSA) will pay. I will bill your insurance, however, if any amount isn’t covered, your retainer fee is prepayment for that including visit co-pays. 

This means, you will never get a bill from me for any service.

Services: primary care in office, house calls when too sick to travel, in hospital (all 3 of the Cottage Hospitals) care, access via text, email, cell phone, office phone. On call physician access (usually Dr. Wilson) 365 days/year, 24 hours/day. For certain patients with pressing medical concerns I have attended appointments with them (their oncologist for example).

The practice also has an online patient portal which allows up-to-date communication, test results and scheduling in addition to accepting phone calls, texts, and emails.
